As a Licensed Educational Psychologist (Lic# 2966), Dr. Turner can administer advanced cognitive, processing, academic, and social emotional assessments not available to guidance counselors. As a teacher and former high school principal, Dr. Hepner provides recommendations which can be implemented by the student in the classroom.
